How this relationship communication quiz works

This relationship communication quiz helps you reflect on pauses, unfinished disagreements, concrete requests and returning to a conversation. Think about your own experience recently, not what your partner would answer.

An original FeelPair reflection, version 1. It is not a validated psychological test, diagnosis or compatibility score. You can see your result without joining the chat or creating an account.

Each of the four topics has two questions. For each topic, the result describes whether your two responses average at least “Often”. There are no population norms, percentiles, health scores or fixed personality types. This simple rule supports reflection; it has not been psychometrically validated. A change in answers is not proof that your relationship improved or worsened.

You can disagree with the observations. They describe your own report at this moment, not your partner's intentions or a complete picture of the relationship.
