Terms of Service — FeelPair

1. Who we are

FeelPair is operated by Juan Pablo Barla Gil, based in Montevideo, Uruguay ("FeelPair", "we"). You can reach us at support@feelpair.com or through the support page.

2. What FeelPair is — and what it is NOT

FeelPair is an AI-assisted communication tool for couples: a conversation space where an AI helps lower tension and makes sure both people feel heard.

FeelPair is NOT therapy, psychological, medical or legal advice, and does not replace them. The AI can make mistakes and its messages are not professional advice. If your situation requires professional care, consult a licensed professional. FeelPair is not an emergency service: if you or someone else is at risk, contact your local emergency line. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FeelPair. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Your couple invite code is personal: share it only with your partner. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account.

5. The couple space

FeelPair has individual spaces (private to each person) and a shared couple chat (visible to both members). What each person can see is detailed in the Privacy Policy. By inviting your partner you understand that what is written in the shared chat is visible to both of you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FeelPair for: illegal activities; harassing, threatening or harming others; attempting to access other people's accounts or data; interfering with the operation of the service; or reselling the service without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Plans, pricing and billing

FeelPair offers a free tier and paid options (a one-time episode purchase and subscriptions). Current prices are always shown before you buy.

Our order process is conducted by a payment processor that acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The processor handles the payment, issues the invoice and takes care of applicable taxes. The current processor and its buyer terms are always shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which respects your consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its brand, design and software belong to FeelPair or its licensors. The content you write is yours: you grant us only the license needed to operate the service (process it, store it and show it to the right people as described in the Privacy Policy). We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee outcomes in your relationship. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FeelPair's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate the service (or your access) for violations of these terms, giving you notice when it is reasonable to do so.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or with a notice in the service before it takes effect. Using the service after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
